"Its funny I wrote a review earlier this year and its disappeared. Very friendly staff when you’re bringing them money. We had major damage to our house last winter. State Farm adjusters under cut our damage by ten thousand dollars. We went and spoke with Mike Messuro twice and he stated he was going to help us recover the damages to our property. He did nothing. I had to chase supervisor after supervisor until we were reimbursed for our damage. I asked the last supervisor if they had heard from Messuro. The supervisor said he heard from no one. Mike Messuro cannot be trusted and only sees people as dollar signs"

This month do to insurance costs increasing , I contacted there office and they were able to give me drive safe options and also driving course which lowered my costs to lower than what it was initially. "I loved my State Farm insurance until every time I contacted someone they literally wouldn’t respond. Mainly contacted for policy changes and quotes for potential vehicles. Just to find out, I got dropped from them with no explanation, and no notice. I wanted to transfer my coverage to a new vehicle, but I was ignored and not even told why I was dropped as I’m a very safe driver, no accidents, no erratic driving, and I even had the Drive Safe and Save thing in my car so they could even see that.
